Do I have to come every night?: No, come once or come every night!

How long will these last?: The current goal every year is to go until the week prior to school starting (tentative last night will be Thursday, August 31st). Further updates will be provided.

What will we be doing?:  All players will go thru weekly planned stations together on shooting, defensive drills, ball handling, passing drills during the first 45-60 minutes each night. The last hour will be reserved for scrimmaging/playing.

Who will be running the stations?: Saline High School coaches, current/past players, Saline AAU coaches and other volunteer coaches will be assisting in our stations each night.

What else will be on the agenda?: We will have guest speakers speaking (on various nights) about being good role models/student athletes, importance of education, what it takes to play at the high school level & above and much, much more. We will also recognize players each week as our “Hornets of the week!”. Each randomly selected player will receive a $5.00 DQ gift card and a picture with a coach to be posted on our Facebook page.

Can the parents stay and watch?: Absolutely! We will talk a lot about being TOGETHER as a program and that includes our parents so you are welcome to watch if you so desire.

Will you have pictures available?:  Always a favorite! As we have done in years past, I will post the Summer Workout pictures on the Saline Boys Basketball Program Facebook Page so make sure you “like” the page for updates.

Interest in Volunteering/Coaching: If you are interested in assisting in workout stations or another area please reach out to Coach Whitley via email. Thank you to all that have done so already!
