Hornets News · Saline Names New Varsity Mens Waterpolo Coach

Chris Stankovic has been named the new Mens Water Polo coach at Saline High School.  Chris is a 2015 Saline High School graduate. He played waterpolo at Saline for 3 years as the goalie, and was the captain his senior year. As a freshman at Central Michigan University, Chris continued playing goalie for the Chippewas. He also played club volleyball for 2 years at CMU. Chris is still enrolled at CMU as he works to become a Middle School Math teacher. This fall he will be student teaching at Saline Middle School. He is really excited for the upcoming season and school year!

Interested in Watepolo? Want to try a fun new sport? The waterpolo team is looking to grow and develop their team. No experienced needed…only a desire to work hard and have fun! Mens Waterpolo is for grades 9-12 and has a JV and Varsity team. The season officially begins August 8th, but they will
