First day of practice is Monday, March 22nd, 3:00-5:00 PM at the High School tennis courts
Before the first practice, make sure you have filled out the sports registration form: Sports Registration
If your child has played a Fall or Winter sport at Saline High School, then they are all set.
If your child had a valid sports physical on file with the Athletic Department for the 2019-2020 school year (must have been completed April 15th of 2019 or later), then just complete the MHSAA Health Questionnaire in the link below. Complete this form rather than obtaining a new physical this summer.
This form can be turned in one of three ways:
- Turn into their coach prior to first day of practice
- Turn into the Athletic Office at the High School prior to first day of practice
- Complete and email to Mrs. Alexis at Alexisp@salineschools.org or Mr. Hotopp at Hotopps@salineschools.org
Again, the completion of this form takes the place of obtaining a new physical as long as you had a valid physical last year.
The MHSAA Health Questionnaire can be found here: MHSAA Health Questionnaire
If your child does not have a valid physical on file, then they must obtain a physical from a physician. The completed physicals can be turned in 1 of the 3 ways listed above. You can find a copy of the physical form here: Physical Form
