Girls Lax MHSAA Regional Info

Varsity Girls Lacrosse will play Farmington High School in the first round of the regional tournament on, Thursday, May 24th.  Game time will be 6pm at Farmington High School.

The 16th annual “Golden Triangle” Meet took place on Friday at Saline High School.  Field events will began at noon, sprint and hurdle preliminaries were at 1:30pm, and all running event finals will began at 4pm. Crew Girls Take Home The Gold

Five Saline girls were awarded gold medals this weekend after attending the 2012 Hebda Cup in Wyandotte. SHS Track Gives Back

Last week, the SHS Track teams held their annual fundraiser for Food Gatherers, the Running on Empty Food Drive. The event was a huge success, collecting 639 pounds of food and $86 in donations. Second game of the double header brought the bats out and a lot of hard shots. We had some great gappers and others that Bedford made good plays on. Scored a lot of runs early and then settled in to take the needed win. Overall 10-4 and League 5-2

First game of a double header went to Bedford after they exploded in the 6th inning for 7 runs. In the first 5 innings Saline was in command leading by 2, but when you sit back… the ball starts to fall. Saline came back with 2 runs, but couldn’t come back from the deficit.

SHS Softball Invitational

This Saturday, April 28, Saline High School will be hosting its annual softball tournament, the Hornet Invite. Games will start at 8am Saturday morning leading up to the championship game at 5:15pm.
