Tuesday was the first of three SEC Jamboree meets for the Saline Girl’s Cross Country team. This event was held at Willow Metro Park and the Hornets finished in 1st place for both the Varsity and JV race.  The Varsity team won with a team total of 22, and the JV team swept first place

Tackling Children’s Grief

Starting Monday, Saline High School will launch a week-long campaign to raise awareness of and support for children, teens, and families struggling with a significant loss.  The high school is partnering with Ele’s Place, a healing center for people experiencing such bereavement.  The week will come to a close at Friday’s home football game against

SEC Golf match against Skyline

On Monday, the Saline Girl’s Varsity Golf Team competed with Skyline High School in a conference match.  Saline hosted this event at Lake Forest Golf Club and the Hornets defeated Skyline 168-272. Saline Swimmers at Spartan Invite

The girl’s Swim and Dive team competed in the Spartan Invitational this past Saturday, September 10th. The girls won the Spartan Relays for the fourth year in a row. Girl’s XC Early Bird/Bath/Woodhaven Invitationals

On September 8th, the 24th annual Early Bird Invitational was hosted by Ypsilanti and Saline High Schools.  The race took place at Huron Meadows Metropark.  There were no official team scores kept at this event because this meet is designed to give the girls a chance to run without pressure and also see their progress
