Hornet Basketball Night – This Saturday.

Boys Varsity Basketball Improves to 4-1

The Varsity Boys Basketball team defeated Adrian on Wednesday night to improve to 4-1 on the season.  The Hornets handled the Maples for Adrian 63-44.  The Hornets were lead by Reese Dils with 18 points. Free Swarm Shirts for Games at EMU

On 1/4/13 the Boys and Girls Varsity Basketball games will be played at Eastern Michigan’s Convocation Center.   Saline Athletics will give away a limited number of Swarm Shirts to the Saline Student Section.  These Swarm Shirts will commemorate this special event. Varsity Basketball at EMU on 1/4/13

Boys’ Basketball Winter Wrap Up

The Boys’ Varsity Basketball team ended their season last Wednesday night, losing to Ypsilanti by ten points.  Currently the tenth best team in the state, Ypsilanti was a tough opponent for the Hornets.  However, Saline battled throughout the entire game, and senior Michael Smutny finished out the year with 20 of the team’s 33 points.
